Returns & Exchanges

As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective due to shipping.

  • The incorrect product was sent due to an error on our part.

  • Your package was lost in transit (confirmed by the shipping carrier).

  • If an issue arises with your order, please provide us with clear photos and details so we can process your request efficiently.

To request a refund, please email us at boostis.xyz@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive your refund within this timeframe, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the shipping address or add items), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes before processing.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to track it down. If it cannot be recovered, we will either offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Boostis is not responsible for stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.
